  • Red Brick Center for the Arts & Art Gallery 10 East Hallam Street Aspen, CO, 81611 United States (map)

Watercolor notecards with holly rom

Join us at the Red Brick Center for the Arts for fun and social art-making evenings. Whether you have art experience or not, come create during our evening sessions and enjoy a complimentary glass of wine or beer. Participants must be 21 years of age or older.

Many myths surround the origin of Valentine’s Day. It is believed that a cleric gave his life when he defied Roman law that forbade soldiers from marrying, and married people in secret. Another is that he was imprisoned and began writing love letters to his beloved. Whatever the true origin, we share kind words and gestures with those that we love.

Join artist Holly Rom to learn some of the techniques of watercolor painting and completing a beautiful watercolor notecard to take with you.

The Red Brick Center for the Arts is conveniently located just two blocks away from the RFTA bus stop on Garmisch Street.
