Beauty is all around us if we just take the time to sit and enjoy it. This session will focus on the landscape image of a tree in the distance and all of the subtle color changes that create depth in our work. Learn to see the highlights and reflective light, differentiate the shadows and colors in one form to bring out the illusion of a 3D image. Teach your eye to see even the subtlest difference in tones and create a sense of depth in your work.

Masterpiece Mine is a fun and educational way to learn about painting techniques in a non-competitive way. Our instructor, Lorraine Davis, will guide you through the process of painting an image in stages, brushstrokes and blending your colors, layering, highlighting and details will bring out the uniqueness of your work.
