puppet making extravaganza

In this camp, students will design, create, and decorate their own puppets. Participants will use paper mâché to create the base of their puppets and then decorate them using collage, acrylic paint, and lots of fun additional items. Puppet creations will range from small scale, hand-operated inventions to large-scale puppets that students will operate outside in the beautiful summer sun.

Basalt Middle School Teacher, Tucker Knight, will lead this enjoyable, whimsical week of creating while learning art techniques, storytelling, art history, and much more!
